Production process of aluminized zinc plate
The first step:
Pre-treatment: after the cold rolled coil comes to the aluminum
zinc plating workshop, after the uncoiler, after the degreasing
section and reduction furnace, the steel coil is cleaned and its
composition is reduced to the extent that it can be galvanized.
The second step:
The most critical technology is this step. After passing through
the zinc pot, a layer of zinc is plated on the surface of the steel
plate. After coming out of the zinc pot, it will be beautiful and
elegant immediately.
Step 3:
Post-treatment: the steel plate finally comes to the post-treatment
stage after a variety of processes, after finishing, tension
correction, passivation, and finally obediently rolled to the
winding machine, forming our final product.
The corrosion resistance of 55% aluminized zinc plate is 2 times to
6 times that of galvanized plate. Because of its superior corrosion
resistance and processing performance, it can be directly used as
building roof board, civil and home appliance backplane, etc., and
it is also widely used in color coating substrate. The smooth
production of aluminized zinc plate not only enriched the company's

55% aluminized zinc plate has the protection function of the
barrier layer from aluminum and the sacrificial protection function
of zinc. When zinc is cut and scratched, aluminum will form an
