Stainless steel seamless tube:
Seamless tube is the round tube ingot, through cold rolling, cold
drawing or hot extrusion production process. As the seamless tube
is made of round tube steel ingot processing, so the precision of
the steel tube is low, the wall thickness is not uniform, the
brightness of the inner surface is low, the cost of size is
increased, and after many times of heating, the inner surface is
very easy to have black spots, and it is not easy to remove.
And the steel composition of the production of seamless pipe is
only to meet the basic requirements of ASTM, in the welding process
will produce a variety of unstable factors, not easy to weld and
weld impenetrable. Seamless pipe will also appear metal
delamination, residual stress and so on. The price of seamless pipe
is higher than that of welded pipe.
Precision stainless steel tube:
